Resources
If you are in urgent need of support please see the below resources available to you. These resources are separate from my independent practice and while I do my best to keep this page as up-to-date as possible, there is always a chance that some information may change before I am able to update it here.
If you, or someone you know, is in immediate danger please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Warm Lines
Warm lines are confidential, free phone lines that offer support BEFORE a crisis develops. These lines DO NOT call local law enforcement, they may encourage you to if there is an immediate threat of danger and/or death. As always, in life-threatening situations it is best to contact emergency services (call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room) to receive the most appropriate support. Warm lines are not intended to provide emergency support.
